During World War II, Lt. Tommy Hart was arrested by the Germans and sent to a prison camp run by the tyrannical Col. Werner Visser. Col. William McNamara is responsible for overseeing the American prisoners. Two new prisoners of war are entering at Stalag VI: Lincoln Scott and Lamar Archer, two blacks are not welcome lieutenants. One night, a white soldier, racist moreover, is found murdered. Lincoln beautiful proclaim his innocence, a witness claims to have identified. Lt. Tommy Hart, a former law student, is responsible for its defense.
The murder of Colonel McNamara will give the opportunity to construct a bold plan. While the attention of German soldiers will focus on the trial, he and his men will develop a perilous escape.
